Eugene & Company is the most recent and first published collection of poems by performer and writer Amanda Boekelheide. Created as part of a poets' group loosely based around the restaurant Eugene & Co. between 2017–2018, these 36 poems span a year of life in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and are dedicated to the author's Oma, who lived in Eugene, Oregon until her death in 2018.

About the author
Amanda splits their time between Brooklyn, NY and the west coast. As an actor, contrarian, cyborg, odd jobist, and lover of tildes and ampersands, Amanda can often be found reading or rehearsing, performing onstage or on some TV show, in a yoga class, or traveling around the world learning other languages. Amanda has an MFA in acting from Columbia University and has published three books of poetry with Scientists and Poets.
